Since I'm not very familiar with all the hardware, I thought I'd better ask the specialists.
I definitely want to stream and play with my PC.
Mostly play games like: CS: GO, LOL, Fortnite, so generally not so graphics-intensive games.
Have 2x FULL Hd 60hz Acer monitors
Budget should not matter at first but nothing over 1000 euro
So best price-performance hardware
Graphics card I would still use my 1060 6gb from MSI and upgrade later if necessary.

you could possibly already take 32GB ram but is currently not a must or even better CPU cooler. So it is nice and cheap at first

That's a lot of money for a gaming PC without a graphics card.
Would go more towards 500 euro for your needs. And even then the thing can do a lot more.

16 GB RAM DDR5 3200… 60 euro
1TB SSD… 70 euro
Power supply 50 euro
Case… 40 euro
So what fits your needs here:
Think for streaming it should be at least NEN 7 3700x ^^
Not necessarily with games like
: CS: GO, LOL, Fortnite
But that doesn't hurt either… A Ryzen 2700x does it too, however.
