I want to buy my first PC and am not sure which one it should be about the graphics card.
The budget of the entire pc should not exceed 1000. I had thought of the Rtx 2070 Super or the 3070. I don't play such demanding games (Fortnite, Rocket League…). I know the 3070 is far superior, but won't it sell out right away?

The 3070 will not be available for less than 600 euro. That means that the budget is too tight for the rest. You don't actually need the service anyway. The 2070 super could indeed be an option right now. For 420 euro you can get by with it for quite a while.

You can interpret that however you want. You won't get them at first anyway! As the upper limit I set 630 euro, NOBODY will be willing to pay more who is still a bit sane, because over it you already get ne 3080 which is almost 30% faster and 2GB more vram. The price will level off relatively quickly at 600 euro as soon as the cards are somehow available.
