Go for the Tears at 6,000. With a 5-6 MB upload (100k DSL) you can't stream to 6,000 because you need at least 500 for the rest. So you are a maximum of 5.5. That does not correspond however 720p as expenditure.
You can even stream to 1080p with 16k…
