Buy Sapphire Nitro Radeon RX 470 4G D5 Mining Edition with 4GB GDDR5 for 50 euro to get 60 fps?

I have an Intel i5-4430 with 4x 3.00 ghz and my goal is to get games like Apex legends, fortnite or pug at 60 fps (with 1080p low or medium settings).

Does my setup do that or should I choose another graphics card like GTX 770 etc?
