Which monitor should I get for Fortnite?

I would like to ask which monitor to buy for Fortnite, need a 144 HZ monitor and 1 MS response time. Have a Radeon rx 580 and an AMD Ryzen 5 2600. I'm not quite sure, so I wanted to ask if it depends on the PC specs which monitor I can buy?

So a monitor has relatively little to do with a game. The only reasonable conclusion would be to take a VA or IPS panel for a colorful game like Fortnite.

The 1ms response time is a pure advertising value and says nothing at all. I would recommend this monitor:
