Fortnite on MacBook Pro (overload)?

I wanted to ask if my MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018 with 2.3 GHz quad-core Intel Core I5 with 8 GB RAM 2133 MHz LPDDR3 as graphics card survives an Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 with 1536 MB), fortnite is playable smoothly or something could happen when downloading because it gets really hot.
