I have that of Telekom but I think that only half of our router arrives because through games like Fortnite my Internet is not at all clear. (FPS Drops to 1 FPS and Ruckler) It is certainly not my setup because I have a GTX 1080 and an i7-8700k. I have synonymous already a RTX 2080 in but that does not help.) Am now helpless. GeForce NOW is a cloud gaming service. What do you need it for anyway? Your PC with an RTX 2080 can be seen and yet is suitable for all games. What then cloud gaming through a high-end PC?

In the mentioned service, the game is virtually streamed, as you know it from video or music platforms. For a trouble-free line as possible is a prerequisite. On the PC it will certainly not lie, with the hardware.
More important would be the question of how the PC is connected to the Internet. Optimal is a direct cable connection from the router via LAN cable to the PC. Without devices in between. Since the 50er line will be sufficient in any case.

It's just that you test the cable for 1-2 days, so you could find out if it is on the radio link, and if the fixed wiring works wonderfully.
If you have a connection in your room, you can also see if it works. Often it was built in such a way that there's a main box in the house and others that were built "behind". Then your problem would of course be solved.
Or just use a wireless repeater / APN. But that should be the last resort, because WLAN or radio in general is always susceptible to interference and not suitable for gambling.

It seems to me that the lady's statement can cause irritation. Glass fiber will be laid, but "only" up to the gray box on the roadside. From there, copper goes to your house.
