I plan to add a PC soon with the graphics card Amd radeon rx 580 8gb and as processor a Amd ryzen 5 1600. I'm actually satisfied with the performance when I watch a few youtube videos in which it is tested how much fps you can get with what settings. Unfortunately I'm worried when playing scrims that the fps might drop in the 40 fps range. What can I do so that the fps are still good even if I'm in a small zone with around 30-40 other opponents and it is fully built?
Not much besides buying a better PC.
If you want to play professionally with scrims, you want to have at least 120 FPS throughout.
A Ryzen 5 1600 might be a bit old for that.
A Ryzen 5 3600 is available for less than 200 euro.
For the graphics card at least one GTX 1660 Super.
Fortnite is not that graphic intensive.
Yes, but otherwise I would have enough fps except in scrims, I guess, but I can also set the PC to the high-performance mode. Would I then have at least 80-90 fps, which would be enough? Everything above 60 fps is still in the green area, I think.
