I've been playing Fortnite for a very long time. Now we're in Chapter 2 Season 2 and there are several complaining gamers who complain about a few FPS. I "overclocked" my PC in the sense that I set all the standard settings in Windows for more performance, but my FPS keeps dropping down in a few days. My 500GB hard drive still has 120GB free and I save the last 30 seconds with 1080p (function of Nvidia). I have a 165hz monitor and feel micro stutters despite 160fps (capped) and I use G - Sync / V - Sync. So on good days I had around 160 FPS in the endgame as it should be, but today and a few other days I had drops of up to about 3 FPS when turning my player. In early game, when I look at certain places, I also have less FPS and when I look in the other direction, my FPS are back to normal. I do not understand that entirely.
It may be because of the game that it needs to be further optimized. Otherwise I say, please check if your drivers are still up to date.
