I've been chopping on my pc all day today.
I actually built a pc with these components.
Amd Ryzen 5 2600
Amd radeon rx 580
Msi b450 vdh plus
Comfortable pure power 11 400w
2x 8 gb ram g.skill aegis
Now I've built it together and everything worked.
I downloaded windows 10 and installed all drivers and downloaded epic games.
When I wanted to start installing Fortnite it didn't work… Whenever I turned it on my screen went black and there was no signal anymore. So I had to restart my pc completely…
I thought nothing of it… Jtz I tried another game like cs go.
Same game… Screen black and no signal…
I really tried alleees.
Reload the driver, reload the windows, reinstall the game…
I'm really desperate…
Oh, a new DX installation could help.
Jap
Comfortable pure power 11 400w
Knapp. But doable. It should have been at least 11,500 watts.
Did you also connect both cables for the power supply to the RX?
And:
Which version of Windows 10 have you installed? 1909 or an old version and no updates made?
Window key + R
winver
What does the window say?
I got a hint that the gaming pc had to be installed for 2 weeks
That sounds pretty strong after your mainboard, the tension will probably not be there to play such a game, you said that you replaced the graphics card or plugged it in again.
Now try to remove the graphics card and start the GPU on your mainboard, i.e. Connect your monitor to the mainboard and start the game again.
If the PC shows a black screen again, there must be a problem with your motherboard, then the thing simply has a short circuit.
This happens very quickly when assembling, make sure that you touch your heating when assembling to get the tension from your hands.
I also had the same problem because it was the mainboard which was just overheated, look under your CPU to see if your thermal paste is properly on it and unplug your graphics card.
Yes, but it can also be a short circuit in the mainboard which causes the whole thing.
Yes I have…
What does winver say? 1909?
The current version for Windows 10 is 12.0 - and was released on July 29, 2015.
If the current version of Windows 10 was freshly installed → it should be on it.
Should have been subjunctive. You never know you never know exactly.
And that's why you give stupid tips? Well fine.
Well you have conjured up all the facts and theories, not me.
so I. Would think about it, I would be in your skin now.
Didn't try to dismantle the graphics card yet, but instead I got an older driver… Now the game starts but when I try to play the same thing happens again.
Got winver 1909
Then a DX problem is eliminated.
I'm afraid the power supply is too weak. You can calculate the required power using a computer on the be Quiet website → the power supply should already have at least 500 watts.
Or: The graphics card "has a shot" and is defective.
Diagnostic option # 1:
Find someone who can test the graphics card for you on their computer.
Diagnostic option # 2:
Borrow a power supply with at least 500 watts from someone and install it in your system.
So, in your opinion, is it a good tip to give meaningless tips instead of first taking a medical history?
I hope your family doctor doesn't work the same way.
"I can't move down from the 9th vertebra since I fell on my back." - "Have you ever tried to eat more fruit - vitamins and such?"
You're absolutely right, right. First of all, of course, I should have given the tip to switch on the pc and install the operating system on it. That's right, if the patient can no longer walk, he is first prescribed an apple, the family doctor has done the best with apples in connection with running, blind people always get peas. Here you also have a handful of peas to count.
