Fortnite Map does not render?

Since season 7 I have a problem, my map does not render properly anymore. This means that the building or other does not load and takes on its textures. I have 8 GB Ram, which should be enough. And an I5-4460 CPU with 3.20GHZ.

PS: My hard drive is not overcrowded.

Can anybody help me further? Fortnite Uninstall brings nothing, everything tried.
