The problem with Fortnite is the bad netcode and the performance, as the game mainly uses the CPU. In addition to a reasonably good graphics card and sufficient RAM, you mainly need a good processor for the game to run consistently. By constant I mean that the game still runs smoothly in the late game with a small zone and 30 players. This is not the case with very few people, except for streamers who invest their money in hardware.
The prerequisite is a good processor, even if you already have a pretty good one, and the lowest settings. It is best to orient yourself to the settings of any streamers or youtubers. These can mostly be found on the Internet. 😉
