Guess: I believe that does not help. Try to change your IP, if possible. Just look at Yt few videos. (Most games use the ability to ban an IP, so you can't just create a new Acc and gamble again)

The IP number is usually allocated dynamically. Say: Every 8 hours you have another. Check that once. Ask Google "what is my IP" and you will be sent to pages.
