I play little Fortnite but when I play it this problem occurs. The pictures of guns load slowly and so do the textures. I set up my PC from scratch and nothing has changed. I have an i3 8100, GTX 1060 and 16GB of RAM. I checked youtube and people have no problem with this processor and graphics card. In all other games there's no problem at all, it is only in Fortnite. I would be happy if someone could help me!
One of the reasons for this is that you have a poor connection to the internet.
In the last picture you have a ping of 192ms.
So that you can continue to play somewhat, rendering processes are stopped (or restricted).
It is best to lower the quality of the graphics (shadows, etc) in the settings and see if it gets better.
