I want to uninstall Fortnite or Den EpicGames Luncher. Only that problem is I have everything on my HDD and when I go to programs and features nunmal synonymous only all the things I have on my SSD.
At the bottom left, click on the Windows button and uninstall Programs & Features. There, all programs would have to be listed regardless of which hard drive they are stored. Then just uninstall the game and done;)
Windows 7 works a little differently
So you have a SSD (system hard drive) and another HDD where Fortnite was "installed"?
If the game does not show up in the in-house program overwhelmed by Windows, and thus can't be deinstalled, you can delete it by hand (directly from the HDD). Possibly. Then the registry with e.g. Clean up "CCleaner" or "RegClean Pro".
Call epic game launcher, then uninstall fortnite
Control Panel → Programs and Dads → Epic Games Launcher Uninstall…
