I wanted to ask if the ryzen 5 1600X or 2600 is better, and with which ryzen of the two you get more FPS is Fortnite, with an asus gtx 1060 6gb dual oc video card and 16 gb ram!
In your example, the CPU is insignificant at all today's resolutions, so 1080p +.
With 1600x and 2600 you will probably drive the 1060 to the limit.
Nevertheless, I would always opt for the 2600.
The 2600 is slightly better (only 1%), so I would take the one you get cheaper. For the 2600 you need a B450 board, if you do not make a bios update from the shop. For the 1600 you could also get a cheaper older board.
With ner Nvidia 1060 today you tear no one off the table.
If the AMD Ryzen then an AMD RX or AMD Vega or Vega II graphics card. The 1060 is hopelessly outdated, I would not even want to build into a PC that I would have scolded Gaming.
The 1600X is the first generation AMD Ryzen CPU model in the AMD Zen version. Everything at AMD Ryzen mitt ner 2 before, for example. 2600 is AMD Ryzen of the second generation which are manufactured in the Zen + version.
