The PC is completely sufficient for the games mentioned above.
The PC should actually also manage 144hz.
I don't really know anything about it. But I assume yes. My PC isn't exactly the newest either and it doesn't even reach a gaming PC for a long time. And yet Valorant, Cs, Go etc. Work perfectly. In my opinion, that depends more on the Wi-Fi or internet speed.
I think that should be a good fit. But I would do without an HDD hard drive, prefer a larger SSD…

Should definitely be enough. You have to try 144Hz before you get a new monitor, since graphics settings etc. Play a role, of course. You can still get it then.
