At home I have a gtx 750ti and a gtx760 which is better for the game (fortnite low settings / competitive)
Compare the datasheets I would type 760.
The 7 is the series, the 60 is the model. So the higher the model, the better.
But a newer GTX 1050 would be better than a GTX 760 as the model lines improve and become more efficient over the years. Should the GTX 760 be bought first? Depending on which price I would recommend one of the newer, because you get more for the same money.
GTX750 → 750ti → 760 → 770 → 780 → 780ti
950 → 960 → 970 → 980 → 980ti
1050 → 1050ti → 1060 → 1070 → 1070ti → 1080 → 1080ti
RTX 2060 → 2060 Super → 2070 → 2070 Super → 2080 → 2080ti

Yes, the 760 is pretty good. Did it myself 8 years on the PC Gezockt.
