What kind of nonsense are you talking about, that has nothing to do with GraKa. You can certainly also set it there, but you do that in the Windows settings.

For AMD, go to your display settings in the driver and then click Create Custom Resolution
Display settings - advanced display settings - adapter properties for monitor 1 display - monitor - and there you can change it but remember to click on apply and then on keep!
