That's good for the price, the processor is unfortunately a bit outdated, but that's not a problem because you have a B450 board, i.e. You can easily retrofit zen2 or 3 (and a 3600 tray is sometimes really cheap). So use it first and maybe upgrade to a 5600 or something similar in a year, if the performance of the CPU is not enough for you, sell the old 1600 and buy a cheap 3600 tray (around 150/160 euro).

The RAM is unfortunately quite slow, DDR4 2.933GHz would be very little for Zen2 (3600 for example) but it is not catastrophic, if you upgrade directly to Zen3 later (Ryzen 5xxx series) it doesn't make that big a difference, because all of them here Cores are on a CCX core (except for the 5900x and 5950x but these are not processors for gamers anyway).
