Constantly changing resolution harmful?

I'm currently playing Fortnite in Strechted (1650x1050) i.e. That I change the resolution of my monitor in the Nvidia control panel every time before gaming, because I do the rest to 1920x1080. Now my question is whether this is somehow harmful to the monitor or PC?

No, both the monitor and the GraKa do not care, as long as they support this resolution.
