E-gpu with USB-A?

I have the notebook Acer Traval Mate P249-M-3895.

The laptop does not even get Fortnite on worst graphic liquid.

My only way out:

E-GPU.

But I do not want to remove my wlan adapter nor does the laptop have Thunderbolt3.

Is it possible to connect an E-GPU with USB-A ie USB3.0?

What is that supposed to help? With a mobile DualCore CPU (2x2.3GHz) you have nothing to gain anyway.

And no the USB 3.0 is too slow (has something in common with your CPU).

Maybe yes, practically work No.

USB reaches at most the speed of PCI Express 2.
