Can you fix a loose contact on the jack connection on the switch?

I have had a loose contact on my switch for half a year, which does not allow me to speak or play with voice chat (Fortnite, Dauntless, …) but you can only understand me very poorly and sometimes my microphone does not work at all. And the loose contact does not allow me to hear the game sounds on the right side of my headset (also YT) I have already bought a new headset but it is still the same…

And I wanted to ask if there's anything you can do about it or if it is completely broken and there's nothing you can do about it? I would be very happy to receive an answer! 😊

First: test headphones!

Otherwise: Switch to a technician of your choice or pull a spare part from Amazon for 5 euro and repair it yourself. This is actually quite easy and can be done in 20 minutes. CAUTION I'm not liable for damage.
