Build Discord?

I recently finished with a Discord server and would now like to build a community. I already set up the Disboard Bot, but no people come. So my question is whether there are other good ways to get people onto a Discord. And no, it's not an hour-long server run by an eleven-year-old who opened his own Fortnite clan. (No front to eleven year olds)
