So when I play Fortnite and hear a relatively loud noise, my friends hear it over Discord as well. My first idea was to just make my headset a little quieter, but even if I remove my headset and the audio is not output through a speaker, it will be transmitted via discord. So it probably has something to do with the software. I set my headset as a recording and playback device in the settings. I hope someone of you has experience with such a problem and can help me.

I do not know discord, but with TS3 you can adjust the sensitivity of the microphone so that it will only be active with loud noises (ie your voice). That would help.

Sounds pretty mysterious, that's a bug in Discord or your audio driver.
