When I play fortnite.

Then you hear a buzz and then when I load the menu it goes away and then when I'm back in the game it comes

When I look down, the hum changes

Or up

If it is the fan, I should remove it and see if something is blocked

The constant noise is the fan. With the 2nd file I'm not sure whether there's also a coil whine. But don't hear it clearly.

But don't see any of this as a problem, unless it's penetratingly loud.
