Without major compromises, a i5-9600K is loose in it. I would also take that, for ARMA 3 and Fortnite you can use every bit of single-core performance. I would even go so far and prefer the RX 580 GTX 1060 / 6GB, because in my memory nVidia in ARMA 3 was significantly better than AMD.
However, if you only have a NEN 60 Hz monitor anyway and do not plan to switch to 144 Hz in the foreseeable future, then you can switch the CPU against a Ryzen 5 2600 and the motherboard against some B450 motherboard and see if you can't get the now appearing RTX 2060 in the budget.
