It's a joke to call it a gamer PC. Ten years ago, that would have been the case, but today that's far too little memory on the graphics card, as was saved wrong.

Graphics card looks thin. 2GB are not much. What's your budget?

The graphics card is not even named but only called the parent model series, which spans a comparatively large performance range from grade still usable to completely unfit. Also, the processor is heavily outdated, memory ridiculously oversized for this setup. For 150-170 euro, the PC would be in a price range of about the performance. Fortnite will run very tolerably and only in greatly reduced details. After all, the hardware that was installed here appeared almost 10 years ago. That's why you better make a big bow to play.
