From the tag, Fortnite Switch, "I can conclude that you are playing on the Nintendo Switch.
So far, I know why this is the case.
Sometimes your Nintendo Switch account name is over you instead of the Epic-Games name (only in the lobby of Nintendo Switch players).
Unfortunately, I have not found a way to prevent this. Sorry…
