I wanted to ask if it would be legal to use the business name "Zara" as the name for my Fortnite account, YouTube channel, Merchendise?

What do you mean by "business name"
You can use this name for your private Fortnite account and if you want to have a sweater made for you then that is also possible. But as soon as you have commercial intentions, you can no longer do that because the name "Zara" is protected.
If I were you, I would write an email to ZARA Support. The Fortnite account shouldn't be a problem.
But why are you playing Fortnite at all?!

In private you can call it what you want. As soon as it becomes commercial (YouTube channel, sell merch or something) it becomes difficult. The name will be registered and protected accordingly. You would have to see for which areas the protected area is or as what.
