Mod deleted for game, but still active, what can I do?

About 2 years ago I downloaded an Aimbot.exe for a game called Fortnite. Since then I could not play it anymore and deleted the file but it is still active when I want to go into this game and stop me from playing it. I would be very happy about help!

They'll have banned you for that, and luckily a ban is permanent.

If everyone could easily "unban" themselves by clearing the hack, that would not be a good solution.
