Are you banned in Fortnite?

Can you get banned in Fortnite if you play with a friend who invites your friend and who annoys and insults someone a bit (so if both insult yourself a bit, can one be banned if the other one reports him?)

The ban function works like this:

of the last 20 games you have to be reported at least 5 times, then the system sounds an alarm. So with "once" certainly not - unless they are criminal offenses (death threats etc.).
