Fortnite does not start without admin rights?

I have had the problem a bit longer. If I open the Epic Games Launcher without administrator rights and then start Fortnite, an error message code LS-0013 will appear. I have already googled for the code but found nothing. Do I have a damaged file or something? I could also start with admin rights, but I want to know what the problem is without starting.

Following:

Click the Fortnite icon ONCE.
Hold CTRL / CTRL and press ENTER.
Go to "compatibility".
Check if "Run program as administrator" is checked.
If yes, check off
