I had the following problem:
Yesterday I installed the Epic Games Launcher without any problems and started installing my game. However, it wasn't finished this morning, so I broke it off and wanted to restart. Already there error messages came with an MD DL code. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher. Now all the time it says "Please wait while we start your update". Then a triangle appears and the link also contains MD DL, but the page does not open.
In the meantime I have raised and lowered the PC five times, reinstalled the software 10 times, repaired it, of course, run it as admin, etc.
Why is that?
Internet is of course available and Wi-Fi or lan makes no difference, neither worked.
Lately had problems with the launcher. The customer service helped and the right quickly.

"Yeah it actually had to do with my home networks firewall. It was recognizing epic games as a" risky "website so it was blocking the login. I whitelisted epicgames on the firewall and was good to go"
Once you have written via the contact form, then write back to you. If they then still need something from you, you simply have to write them back a reply mail. Very easily. Where is the problem?
