Can I activate aim assist at Fortnite?

Can you actually activate aimassist or autonomous shooting with fortnite on the PC? If so, it would be really nice if you would tell me how to do it, thank you in advance

Yes you can, but only on the controller.

When you have connected your controller, go to the controller settings (where you can adjust your viewing sensitivity) and then scroll down, and there should be the strength for Aim-Assist
