Microphone just does not rustle in discord?

I have the HyperX Cloud Alpha and rausche with the mic almost everywhere. It goes in Discord / Ts / Rainbow Six but in eg csgo or fortnite rausche I completely. Have it to maximum volume and +30 boost in the windows settings because I'm everywhere too quiet. A friend has the exact same headset, but nowhere.

Ever tried the drivers to update?
