Well because now I have an Hp where games in 30 to 40fps go in low and that's no fun
But i believe there are much better pcs for the price, which has far too little ram

No information about the manufacturer or the timing of the graphics card.
No information about clocking the RAM.
Information on the mainboard is completely missing.
Information about the power supply is also completely missing.
The part is junk, keep your hands off it.

With the PC here you are better advised:
There's no information about anything.
The only thing that is reasonably meaningful is the information about the graphics card (it is at least sometimes called a model) and the RAM.
The FS question can't be answered in any way.
To say "YES in any case" is simply a lie
or imaginary half knowledge.
From what you get (and don't get much more) the PC is junk.

Would go, but 8Ram is not much. GTA V you will not gamble on good FPS if you raise the graphics. In addition, I would spend a few days working intensively on the topic of PC configuration, i.e. You can have a look at Hardweardealz and watch comparison video e.g. Search out of graphics cards.
i tell you! It's worth taking the time and not buying a ready-made PC! I also made the mistake. My brother configured one himself 2 months later. Then he had the really much crass PC for "only" 200 euro more! A comparison: I have a Nividia GeForce 1060 and he has a 2060 lol!
