Fortnite has been hanging around for two days now. It starts by breaking off the sound every second and then respawn for 30 seconds and more in a black screen (group wedges). You can still open the map and change the settings etc. My internet connection is actually good
Perhaps a problem with the mainboard, the graphics card or the SSD / Hdd, check these 3 components, they may be damaged
Make graphics driver new, otherwise report again.
How can I check this?
What are the temperatures of the CPU / GPU? Otherwise it can be the hard drive. Install CrystalDiskInfo and see if the disk is ok.
Check them out physically first so oh they may be too warm or maybe something doesn't look the way it should.
And if so, please check the components with the provided verification software.
The driver seems to be up to date
Is everything ok in other games? So the others run as usual
Is everything ok in other games? So the other games are running as usual?
Overall condition: good, current temperature 41 degrees, is when I open the program
They are actually going quite well. I only played CSGO otherwise and that is not so expensive. That is why I can rate this badly
The other games are actually going quite well. But I've only played CSGO lately, that's actually not that expensive
Kingston SA4… 38 degrees / good. ST31… 34 degrees / good
Well if everything else is going well then you can be sure that everything is ok with your hardware. But only if everything else is OK.
Then it's up to Fortnite and not the hardware
Then what can it be
Fortnite settings or something
Outdated software, update your graphics driver
Try playing a game other than Fortnite and CSGO if there are no problems, it is 100% Fortnite and NOT the hardware
I've already checked everything up to date
Otherwise try it
Windows Search - Event Viewer
Custom settings
Administrative events
Fix error ID.
Ignore warnings and distribution in 99% of cases.
Ok, then there are probably no problems. How warm do the CPU and GPU get?
Between 41 and 54. I have now set the priority to high in Task Manager - Details-Fortnite64bit. Now things are going much better. It's not perfect yet. Every now and then there's a stutter and shorter waiting times, but still not perfect
