Is Fortnite Harder on PC?

I'm a console player and am considering switching to PC. Is Fortnite Harder on PC?

When you get used to it, even easier.
You just have more control. (I can hardly imagine the change though)

I find that egoshooters are easier on the PC than on the console, you just have to get used to them.

I want to stay on the controller

The control of FPS with K&M is much faster and more precise, if that's what you mean, of course that only applies to crossplay. If you are playing against other PC players as a newcomer with this input method, of course you are initially at a disadvantage.
