I have a problem with fortnite namely if I infame my mouse or move it in the lobby my skin will be completely blurred. I have also been looking for a solution, but nothing would have found an idea?
Do you use Direct X12? Maybe change, Direct X12 still has a lot of bugs in Fortnite. And is your whole picture or just your skin now out of focus? If it's the whole picture and you don't have a lot of FPS, I'd blur motion. The name says what it does.

Delete the profile of Fortnite in the driver and see if it works better.
