Epic account deleted?

My Epic account has just been deleted! Yesterday, when I was still in school, I received an e-mail saying that I had requested to delete my Epic account and this was done now, I did not charge anything! I have invested over 200 euro in this game (Fortnite) and everything is gone! Maybe someone can help me as I ect my data, skins. Could get back? I have already contacted the support team but immediately received an e-mail in English with a link to the help center.

Either your account was hacked (do you often use the same password?) Or it was a family member / friend who has sat down with you at the PC. Do you have your account as an auto login?

As for support, the email you received should have something like "if you did not, then please contact us".

Did you also try to log in normally to see if your account is really gone?
