Moin, have just built ne R9 380 from AMD, had previously synonymous ne Nvidia, was quite unflattering with the service of Nvidia (I have offered drivers that do not work for my graphics), if you already have an AMD processor, I would you too to an AMD graphics guess and who you have an Intel processor then too. In the end it's all in. A question of price and faith: AMD cards bring high quality and performance for a low price.
Tip: No matter which one, build yourself ne support for the card, I did not do it, mine is already slightly warped.
My MB is lying in the case, so "stands" the GPU on the motherboard, because nothing can forgive. ^^
I'm also from Nvidia and last had or I had a 1060 6Gb Installed, which was already 2 times at Nvidia to repair but unfortunately there's nothing. Has come back now for the second time and still spits out the same mistakes and slowly gets annoyed.

The 1070 is 20-30% faster than the 590. Do you have to weigh performance against free games. If you find the games only interesting, but otherwise they would not buy (at least not to release the full price), I would resort to more performance.
The GTX 1070 is much stronger than the RX 590. The games will be on sale for 50 euro total. But if you want to celebrate it and play it right away, then take the RX 590.
