Share Ps Plus with another Acc?

I gave vir some where ps plus ps. And I thought who I buy it is not for all accounts on the Kosole istves.

My sister wants ps plus for some fortnite skin jz, can you somehow share the jz? I've already googled that this should work, you just have to activate something or something and when I did it didn't work.

So you know a way to share ps plus?
