I got Fortnite on the PC. Originally played on the switch. All my skins and emotes are still on the switch. Can I transfer them somehow so that I have the items on the PC?

Or your game has not yet compared with the server. Restart the PC and then it should work.

Otherwise you play a round without skin, then you synchronize save with the server and then it should work
