Did I release too much of my personal information?

Yesterday I bought a Fortnite Skin Code via Ebay.

The merchant asked me to send a picture of my identity card + phone number to identify me.

To that one could see my residential address via Ebay.

Thus, I have my full name, image of my ID card, mobile phone number and home address shared.

What makes me skeptical now is that despite the 50 euro Paypal transfer and the data have not received any code and I was asked to the phone bill and electricity bill proof.

am I just caught in a scammer trap or is that legitimate?
