I'm playing on PS4!
And my question would be: If I only buy a skin from eBay (Wildcat Skin) and then have the code, can I easily redeem it for codes on the EpicGames page? Or do I have to do that on the switch and basically buy a switch?

Yes, that shouldn't be a problem unless you want to 'transfer' a code from the PS4 to the PC

No, the code is from someone else who is playing on the switch! But he only sells the code for the skin. And my question would be whether I can do that too? So on the epicgames page.
