Is it possible to play with the Switch Fortnite Account on the PC?

I'm desperate:-(

I try to play convulsively with the Fortniteaccount of the switch on the PC. I have linked this to the PC so on the Epic side but when I start the game, then there's just the initial skin and not all the other skins I have on the switch.

It would be great if someone could help me.
