I was just in the lobby with a buddy (PS4) in Fortnite when he said "Two devices have logged in, one is logged off in 10 seconds". 10 seconds later he was logged out. Then he called me and said the password is no longer correct. Now he is trying to reach Epic Games. There have been funny things before, like he had a different skin than the one he had before he went offline. That's why he changed his password. What happened here?

Yes obviously someone else logged in with the account.

He can say goodbye to the account.
And how should this be possible if it is his own account and he even changed the password a few days ago? I'm so far.
