There are always people who are willing to pay a lot for a cause because they just want to have it. It does not matter if they are pictures of a certain master, some oil buckets, a shoe someone wears, or just your Fortnite Acoount. And others would not spend a dime on it.
In general, all items that are in your Fornite account, all chars and the account are the property of the operator. If you sell this you will start one which often leads to the deletion of the account including all items and chars. You should read the fine print on the license agreement that you always click away so quickly.
