How do I get into Fortnite (read the question)?

I have an email at rambler.ru and also the password, the account has skins, etc. But how do I log in with this account? Or how do I get into Fortnite with a rambler.ru account?

I also have a similar e-mail address, I was able to log in as normal with the account data via epic or are your data incorrect? Or do you want to ask how you get into the general e-mail? If so, this will unfortunately not work because (my purchased acc also has such an email address) that is a Russian email. I was told that by an account seller.
